Hopping on the 13th!


First off, Happy Friday the 13th to everyone!

This weeks question: How many books do you have on your "to be read" shelf?
I think I have somewhere in the vicinity of 30 which actually doesn't seem to be that many! I'm pretty good at plowing through my books and I *try* not to buy too many extras week to week, but sometimes that doesn't always work out:) Coupons are my downfall. I have to use every one that crosses my path. Basically I love buying books, I can't help it. There's something relaxing about walking into a bookstore, looking at all the fun covers, and knowing I'm going to walk out with a few!

    I agree! Visit thru the bookstores are somehow comforting. The sight of all those books is beautiful. You can't help but buy! Argh. Then the piling begins. :p

    Jenny, your blog always seems so well organized! I am in awe! We are about the same with our stack size. :) I know I'd be in trouble if I were a regular book buyer though. Thank goodness for libraries!

    Just stopping by for the hop and the friday follow!!! I am already a follower! I agree its always nice to walk into a bookstore, and come out with some books, I don't do it very often. Most of my books are from the library, but they have such a great selection I don't need to buy books now!!

    Ahh.. bookstores are one thing I really miss since buying my kindle. Well, I cannot really say that its the kindle's fault. Its really the two toddler's fault, shopping and them do not mix ;)

    The bookstore is my haven, staring at all the books gets me to my happy place :) 30 isn't too bad, I think mine exceeds it (I'm scared to count).

    Hey! Got your comment about Sizzling Sixteen! I totally agree with you! And, I also agree with the Diesel series too! I'm sooo excited! I have a question for you though.. In Sizzling Sixteen, if you read the inside flap, it says that Vinnie got in trouble for running Ranger's bill up with pay-per-view porn, but I don't ever remember Vinnie staying at Ranger's apartment. Did I miss something in the book?

    Weird! I don't think her editor did a very good job! =/ I noticed quite a few mistakes in there, actually. I know not every book is perfect, but still! And I am a HUGE Ranger fan too! I want to meet a real life Ranger! Lol.
