  2. I've heard good things about Outlander. I'm thinking about getting it myself :) And I haven't heard of Ann Turner's "Father of Lies" until now--I'm going to check out that GR link!

  4. I enjoyed Once A Witch, I'm interested in seeing what you thought of it. Outlander sounds like a book that a friend has been trying to get me to read. The title sounded very heaving-bosom when she described it, but the Goodreads summary sounds interesting.

  7. Oohohooo, very awesome books this week! (I'm still finding it ironic that we're reading/reviewing the same titles around the same time xP). Once a Witch was really good - loved the story, although I wish it had been longer so that more things could have been explained to me. I can't wait to read Always a Witch. :)

Also, early congrats on your (soon-to-be) 1k followers! :)

  13. I've had the UK version of Outlander (Cross Stitch) on my book shelf for years and just haven't got round to reading it. There always seems to be something else I need to read first. Hope you enjoy it. It might push me to pick it up and give it a try.

It was a great book that in my opinion did not get the notice it deserves (you know, those ones that slide under the radar) and the sequel is scheduled for next year..can't wait. Happy reading!
