Waiting on Wednesday: Bite Club

Okay, so there's no blurb for this one just yet but I've been on a Morganville kick lately and had to list this one as my WOW pick regardless of the lack of plot summary. Truth is, I don't really care much what this book is about as long as Claire and Shane are present, I adore them both! Although if that is supposed to be Shane on the cover, I'm going to ignore it, because that's not at all how I picture him. I'm still only on book six, but I have no doubt I'll tear through the next three as quickly as I have the first six, so I'll be caught up long before this one releases. Anyone else excited for Bite Club?

    OK I have the first 6 books in this series and I have yet to read them yet... I really need to get on it! Great pick though, I really have heard good things!!

    Ahhh! I'm getting farther and farther behind in this series. I still have to read the one before Ghost Town... but Claire and Shane do make such a cute couple together! (I don't picture Shane that way at all either, but oh well.)

    I don't picture Shane that way either (though I've only read the first book). Ahh, there's so many series that I've got to catch up on!

    Like you, I've only read the first six, but I ten to blow through the books quickly too! I can't wait to return to Morganville. They're such fast, fun reads!

    Excited is an understatement for how I feel about this series! The day Bite Club is released I will be at the bookstore at 9am. Dislike this cover especially the so call Shane. Nothing like I pictured at all :(

    I love this series. I totally agree with Claire and Shane, they have become the backbone on why I love the series. I no longer care for the content anymore... just them, lol. Also, yes, if that is Shane I'm just going to have to ignore that. Possibly find a better face to glue over his :-)

    Oh gosh... Another book? I thought that this series was great in the beginning, but after the read crystals it went downhill for me. But due to my obsessiveness I cannot not finish a series therefore I will eventually have to read this... ;)

    Love this series! I haven't gotten through all of it yet, but I def like what I've read so far. Rachel Caine has quickly become one of my favorite authors! Great choice!

    I agree with you, I don't really care that there isn't a synopsis. As long as Claire and Shane are in it I'm happy! These books are addictive, albeit a little simplistic (but that's not necessarily a bad thing). Great pick!

    I was wary about starting this series. I couldn't stand the Vampire Academy. I know daggers are being thrown my way, but I read the first one and could not stand Lissa.

    I listened to this one for my audio book challenge and loved it! This is a great series! It is a totally different kind of vampire series to me. Of course I'm only on bk one. Glass House. I can't wait for Bk 2. So yes, I'll really be looking forward to that book and there are so many in this series! And the cliff hangers-whew, so glad she posts the first two chapters of the books on her website.
