Giveaway: The Book Thief Prize Pack

Today I have a very fun giveaway to help celebrate the movie adaptation of THE BOOK THIEF which released this month. I haven't read this book yet but I've heard outstanding things about it and I absolutely cannot wait to see the movie! Just in case you're not familiar with either, here's a short description of the film:

Based on the beloved bestselling book, THE BOOK THIEF tells the inspirational story of a spirited and courageous young girl who transforms the lives of everyone around her when she is sent to live with a new family in World War II Germany.

Starring Geoffrey Rush, Emily Watson, and Sophie Nélisse.

Directed by Brian Percival.

Given the brevity of that description, how about a clip to give you a better feel for it?

It's a long holiday weekend here for those of us in the US, so I'm thinking a trip to the movies might be in order! Who's with me?

More information on the the film version of THE BOOK THIEF can be found below.

  3. I definitely want to see the movie, but I'm not sure I'll read the book. I have heard amazing things, especially among vloggers rather than bloggers. I hope that we both enjoy this movie :) Oh, and did you make that graphic above? The one you started the post with? It's beautiful!

  8. I loved this book and have been seeing the trailers. And I haven't heard them mention death, Mary and I found that to be the most unique thing about the book. Would be sad if they overlook this.

  38. We just saw this yesterday and my movie review will go up Wednesday. It wasn't as good as the book, it didn't have the emotional punch, but it was definitely a good movie! This is one I actually suggest maybe seeing the movie first. I think that I wouldn't have judged it so harshly if I hadn't just read the book. But I still liked it a lot!
